What if my key isn't found?
You're never charged the recovery fee unless someone finds your key and you approve the return. Your card is authorized at approval and captured once the return shipment is confirmed. Your Activation Kit is a one-time purchase that protects your key indefinitely.
How does recovery work?
When someone finds your key, they scan the QR code on your tag. They provide their contact info and a photo. You approve the return, and we ship them a prepaid return kit. Your key is verified at our hub and shipped to you.
